Did you know that Wayne State has several Employee Engagement Groups (EEGs) under the Office of Inclusive Excellence? EEGs work to advance WSU's goal of fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment. Research also shows that EEGs help increase workplace morale, sense of belonging, and community. If you want to learn about EEGs or potentially join one, we invite you to join us for lunch and get to know colleagues from across campus who are looking to foster a workplace where people feel a sense of belonging.
