Facilitated dialogue on racism

Return to Event

The Eugene Applebaum College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences invites its students, faculty and staff to participate in a Zoom dialogue on racism as we process our grief and outrage over the unwarranted, violent and racially charged deaths of Ahmaud Arbery, Breonna Taylor, George Floyd and so many other Black Americans – and begin to consider how to heal in the midst of such trauma.

Please RSVP to receive Zoom login details.

Participants will have the opportunity to listen and speak in smaller breakout groups facilitated by WSU Applebaum community members with participation from the Wayne State Office of Diversity and Inclusion.

This dialogue was organized by WSU Applebaum Assistant Dean of Student Affairs Mary Clark and WSU Chief Diversity Officer Marquita Chamblee.
