The Irvin D. Reid Honors College is hosting an information session for LawStart, a special program that combines a bachelor's degree and a law degree. The session takes place on Wednesday, February 19, 2020 at 3pm in the Honors College - 2100 UGL.
Wayne State’s LawStart Program allows highly-motivated students in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences to earn both a bachelor’s and a law degree from Wayne State in just six years of full-time study.
LawStart is a competitive program. To apply for LawStart, students must:
Have completed between 24 and 64 college credits (and at least 24 credits at Wayne State)
Have at least a 3.5 cumulative G.P.A. in college coursework thus far
Have a declared major within the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences
Be on pace to finish their major, college, and general education requirements by approximately 90-100 credits
