This is an annual event that honors the life and legacy of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

The theme for 2022 is "Looking Back to Looking Ahead."  Our keynote speaker is Wayne State's 2021 Distinguished Alumnus Awardee, Christopher W. Wilson, Director of Experience Design at the Smithsonian's National Museum of American History. Read the article for more information.

The program will have a broad reach as it will be live-streamed and available to all Wayne State students, faculty, staff and members of the public seeking to celebrate and honor Rev. Dr. King.
