We will focus on a different aspect of slow stitching, including its history, technique, along with benefits for mental and emotional well-being. Participants will learn various slow stitching techniques, such as hand-stitching, embroidery, and quilting, while exploring the concepts of mindfulness, presence, and intention. Throughout the course, participants will be encouraged to set aside technology and distractions, and instead focus on the tactile experience of stitching, allowing them to quiet their minds and cultivate a sense of inner peace.
